Abstract
In this two-hour workshop we will begin explore the various ways that gender and sexual difference become erased from social and scholarly discourse, and the cultural consequences of these kinds of linguistic invisibilities. In a collaborative space we will work to develop concrete tools for integrating this diversity in our classrooms and curricula in an effort to challenge underlying structures of discrimination so we may better foster the moral and intellectual development of our students.
