Keynote Speaker:

Edward Fram, Professor of Jewish History at Ben Gurion University of the Negev. His research interests lie in developments in Jewish law in mid-sixteenth century Eastern Europe with a particular emphasis on attempts to codify rabbinic law.

Responses by:

Ethan J. Leib, Professor of Law at Fordham Law School. He teaches in contracts, legislation, and regulation.

W. David Myers, Professor of History, Interim Chair of the History Department, Fordham University.

Moderator:

Rabbi Tsvi Blanchard, Meyer Struckmann Professor of Jewish Law at Humboldt Faculty of Law in Berlin. He serves as scholar in residence at the Institute for Law, Religion and Lawyer’s Work at Fordham Law School.
