Description: Join us to hear a panel of experts discuss the major technological innovations of the 2024 campaign, and how those new tactics are being used to mobilize interest groups in new ways. This panel will feature political practitioners, journalists, and academics discussing the role of political Tiktok, digital grassroots mobilizing, influencers, targeted social media ad buys, and all things tech in the 2024 election. Panelists include: Kyle Tharp, Glennis Meagher, Kaia Shivers, moderated by Micah Sifry, and they will talk about influencer marketing, interest group/identity-based targeting, and how Democrats and Republicans are using digital platforms differently in the lead up to the election.
